If you purchased Xyrena Shipping Protection with your order and are now experiencing an issue (loss, theft, damage in transit), please go to claims.insureship.com to file a claim. Once submitted our friends at InsureShip will process your claim and follow up with you directly.
Xyrena is unable to replace or refund lost, stolen, or damaged goods purchased without shipping protection.
Once your order has shipped then please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. We are unable to provide information about a package once it has left our warehouse. Please contact the carrier for any delivery issues:

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products and how orders are fulfilled we are unable to make any policy exceptions.
Our collectible products are made in limited batches and may take up to six weeks to ship depending on current demand. Please see The Rules and our Shipping Policy for more info on order processing. We are unable to provide status updates, as all orders are shipped in the order they are received.
