By submitting this application, you (“Applicant”) acknowledge and agree:

1. Confidentiality of Materials & Communications

• From the moment this application is submitted, all communications, materials, or agreements that may be shared with you by Xyrena are confidential.

• This applies whether or not you are accepted into the program, and whether or not you choose to enter into any further agreement with Xyrena.

2. Non-Disclosure

• You may not disclose, publish, or discuss any agreements, offers, communications, or materials provided by Xyrena without prior written consent.

• This obligation applies indefinitely and survives whether or not you participate in the program.

3. Non-Disparagement

• Applicant agrees not to make or publish any disparaging remarks about Xyrena, its products, employees, licensors, or partners, whether during or after the application process.

• Honest personal opinions about specific products are permitted, provided they are not false, misleading, malicious, or intended to damage reputation.

4. Consideration & Survivability

• The opportunity to apply for and be considered for participation in the Cult Xyrena ambassador program is sufficient consideration for these obligations.

• These obligations survive submission of this application and remain in effect indefinitely, regardless of whether Applicant is accepted, receives any product, or enters into further agreements with Xyrena.

5. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and Applicant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austin, Texas.
